Founded on Westwood Avenue in Delaware, Ohio, The Westwood Collective has grown from a local real estate firm into a diversified development company with over 2,400 apartment units and 20+ commercial projects across Central Ohio, including restaurants, wineries, co-working spaces, sports facilities, and vacation rentals.
