Identifying voids in communities & creating positive solutions.
Through strategic real estate investment and development, we seek to enhance and distinguish the communities where we work and live.
The story begins decades ago on Westwood Avenue...
...in Delaware, Ohio where our founder and visionary, Andy Warnock, was inspired by the town that shaped him. A sense of community. A mix of new and old. Bustling small businesses. The Westwood Collective was established in honor of that Delaware street where Warnock was raised. Today, the moniker is at the heart of a community-centric business providing exceptional service to neighbors and filling voids in the communities where we live.

Introducing the team
17+ years in the commercial real estate industry have taken Andy all over the country, first as a lender then as a real estate investor and developer. Through those travels, he has forged an appreciation for investing in the community for which one lives. Andy, his wife (Ashley), and their four children call Hilliard, Ohio home. Andy is a member of the prestigious Columbus Business First Forty Under 40 honor society, has been featured in Globe Street as a national real estate influencer, and was awarded the Young Alumni award at Ohio Wesleyan University, his alma mater. Andy has amassed a real estate portfolio exceeding 2,200+ apartment units and hundreds of thousands of square feet.
A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, Cole was the first employee of Westwood Collective upon its inception. Then the "utility player" for Westwood (paying homage to his collegiate baseball days), Cole quickly ascended to the Director of all finance and property management related activities. Cole is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio.
A native of Pickaway County, Ohio, Grant has spent the majority of his professional career amidst the Central Ohio youth hoops scene. His longtime work at Midwest Basketball Club (fka: Mid-Ohio Pumas) made him the right fit to coordinate all programming and facility rentals at Westwood Fieldhouse.
Raised in his early years in Hilliard, Ohio, David enjoyed an illustrious basketball career. A two-time state player of the year in high school, David went on to earn All-American honors at Nova Southeastern (Florida) before a professional career in Germany and Slovakia. David oversees all basketball traning at Westwood Fieldhouse.
Born in Columbus and raised in Findlay, Ohio, Lauren has made her way back to Hilliard after five years as an elementary school teacher. In addition to serving as Westwood’s Executive Assistant, Lauren is the owner of Urban Market, a clothing boutique with locations in both Old Hilliard and Findlay. Like her employer, Lauren is inspired to add vitality to small town America; she’s doing so through her trendy retail outposts.
